Plus\, it’s fun and easy to do! We’ll gather\, form teams\, head out to streams to collect\, and then gather again for identification. You can help with collection\, identification or both! Participants will visit a decorated log cabin and learn about traditions from the 1800s. They’ll discover the history of holiday trees in Michigan\, try hand-dipping candles\, and create a practical\, settler-inspired craft to take home.   \nThis drop-off program is geared for home schoolers ages 6 – 12. Please bring a water bottle and a snack.  \nFor ages 6 to 12.  \nRegistration is required.
