The purpose of “Nature School” is to introduce the wonders of the natural world to young children. Crafts, activities, games, books, songs, live animals, and outside exploration will be incorporated into their nature-based learning experience.
Parents are encouraged to attend with their 4 to 7 year old – though not required. Parents or guardians are asked to attend with their 3 year old to help with bathroom use and transitioning into a group learning environment.by an adult.
Classes meet at the Birds of Prey Lab located at 5678 143rd Ave.

Fee: $10 per child or
$5 per child for members (per class)

9:00 – 10:30 am
Explore Noordeloos Creek at the Macatawa Greenspace with a naturalist in search of insects, fish, crayfish and crustaceans! Expect to walk into the water with shoes or boots. No bare feet or open-toed sandals. Meet at the parking lot off Paw Paw Drive. All materials will be provided.
Children 10 years old and under must be accompanied by a participating adult
