Natural play and learn spaces are becoming more popular due to the importance of getting children back outside and away from the screens and sedentary lifestyles they’ve become accustomed to. Natural play enhances cognitive abilities, reduces stress, improves self-discipline, and encourages imaginative play and active life styles.
This year was another year of playscape builds, we installed three new nature playscapes for area schools including ones at Creation Ridge Preschool (Zeeland Christian in partnership with Ridge Point Community Church), Hamilton Middle School, and Rockford Christian Elementary School. This brings our total to 12 nature play and learn spaces built in the past four years with more on the horizon!
