We are looking for organizations to join as partners for this exciting event. For a nominal fee, partners will host a candy station for the duration of the event.
This is a great opportunity to connect with a few thousand people in our community!
For $25/organization (free for nonprofits), partners will send two volunteers, a large candy supply, and will receive a table if requested and can also bring a tent if you would like.
For the event day, we suggest having 2 volunteers per shift. We run our volunteer and staff shifts from 1:15-4:30pm and 4:00-7:15pm and recommend partners do the same if you are able to have numerous people work the event. Family friendly costumes are encouraged but not required.
