Homeschool program – Signs of the Season (at ODC)

Join us as we explore the fascinating signs of fall as it transitions into winter in Michigan! Participants will discover how nature prepares for the colder months by observing changing leaves, cooler temperatures, and shifts in animal behavior. They’ll learn how plants and animals adapt to shorter days, where wildlife goes as winter approaches, and what clues tell us the seasons are changing.

This drop-off program is geared for homeschoolers ages 6–12. Please bring a water bottle and a snack.

For ages 6 to 12.

Registration is required. Register and pay for attending children only (except infants). 

Guardians do not need to stay with the class.

Fee: $10 per student, 20% discount for members.
