ODC Early Childhood Fundraiser
Enrich Early Childhood Experiences
ODC Early Childhood Network is a collection of four nature-based early childhood programs dedicated to fostering curiosity, connection, and community. This fundraiser is focused on enhancing your student’s experience and making our programs accessible to all families.
This is your chance to help us raise critical dollars that will positively impact future students. All donations up to $100,000 will be matched thanks to a generous donor. Funds will support updates to continue to improve and expand our program and scholarships to remove financial barriers for children in our community to attend a nature-based early childhood center in future years.
Set Your Student up for Success
Students are encouraged to fundraise on their own through their Student Sponsorship Envelope. As students receive donations, they reach different levels of sponsorship in which they win fun prizes and swag. To build on the excitement, ALL students that create a Zeffy profile will be entered into a large prize drawing for the chance to win a weekend for a family stay at a vacation rental in West Michigan.
How to Participate: Friends/Family can donate via cash, check, or online via a student’s Zeffy profile.
- Cash and check donations will go in the Student Sponsorship Envelope
- Be sure to write the amount given and donor info on the Student Sponsorship Envelope before sealing it and turning it into your respective school
- Checks can be made out to your school or ODC Early Childhood Network
- Online donations can be make through the online platform Zeffy.
- You should create your student’s profile before sending donation links to friends and family
- All Student Sponsorship Envelopes should be filled out and turned in to your school by March 13, 2025
Using Zeffy:
- Create your student’s profile:
- When you open the link or scan the QR code, you should be brought to the fundraiser home page.
- By selecting the “fundraise” button, you will be prompted to select “individual” or team. Please select “individual” unless you are fundraising with another student, such as a sibling.
- Enter your student’s information, and select “create” to save.
- From here you can choose to “view” or “share” your student’s form.
- Share your student’s Zeffy page: Use the links provided to share on your social with friends and family!
Click on your student's school below to donate/sponsor a student and learn more details about the fundraiser.

The Dragonflies Discovery Preschool fundraiser will:
- Support our scholarship fund, ensuring all children in our community have access to our programs.
- Fund continual classroom improvements, providing new tools and resources that inspire learning and discovery.
- Enhance outdoor activities and sustainability at Dragonflies Discovery Preschool, including:
- Outdoor classroom cookware and utensils.
- Reusable food storage.

The Little Hawks Discovery Preschool fundraiser will:
- Support our scholarship fund, ensuring all children in our community have access to our programs.
- Fund continual classroom improvements, providing new tools and resources that inspire learning and discovery.
- Enhance family engagement activities at Little Hawks Discovery Preschool, including:
- Building a small storage cabinet stocked with nets and materials for stream exploration.
- Adding a new picnic table to create more space for families to gather and connect.

The Seedlings Discovery Preschool Fundraiser will

- Enhance programming at Seedlings Discovery Preschool, including:
- Expanding extracurricular opportunities within Holland’s downtown community, such as outdoor music sessions, Velo City bike camps, and other enriching activities.

To qualify for entry into the grand prize raffle and sponsorship benefits, all packets and donations must be received by Thursday, March 13. You can donate by cash, check (payable to your school or ODC Early Childhood Network).

Why do we need to fundraise?
To create a quality early childhood experience that prepares young children to be active, independent learners with a lifelong connection to the natural world, our team must go beyond the basics of education!
We provide students and their family with an abundance of resources to thrive, such as: parenting classes and sessions, scholarships, outdoor gear, and additional growth resources.
We give scholarships to students totaling $436,000, including GSRP funds, annually
