Maple Sugar Time
Each year, ODC Network hosts this family-friendly event, which takes place at the City of Holland’s Van Raalte Farm, where the sap is flowing and the sugar house steaming! Join us as we tap trees, gather sap, and watch the evaporator boil the liquid down into real maple syrup. There will be lots of activities for the kids and we’ll have maple snacks available for purchase. Don’t miss this tasty spring ritual.

MaplePalooza
MaplePalooza is the celebration of the completion of our 20th season of making syrup in the VanRaalte Farm Sugarbush! We invite adults to join us for a fun evening of live entertainment, great food, maple-inspired beverages, and some other sweet activities.
The event will be held in the Herb Eldean Education Center at the Outdoor Discovery Center on Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 6-9 pm
Registration is required. We look forward to seeing you there!
Dinner will be served from 6 to 7:30 pm. Entertainment and beverages will be provided until 9 pm.
The cost of your ticket will provide you with a meal voucher and a drink voucher (alcoholic or nonalcoholic).
Participants will get to enjoy traditional Native-inspired foods from the B’néshi Mijem food booth.
Additional drink vouchers can be purchased for $5 at the event.
For ages 21+.
Fee: $30 per participant
