Earth Day is held annually on April 22 to demonstrate support for the planet and environmental protection. First held on April 22, 1970, it is now observed globally by over 1 billion people in more than 193 countries. To celebrate locally, we’ve compiled an assortment of activities to help get kids and families connected with the beautiful planet we call home.
